K1524 Steel-End Air Filter for Cummins 4B3.9 & 6BT5.9 Generator Applications

This model is installed inside an external air filter housing assembly, and the image clearly shows its position on the Cummins Onan generator—mounted on the intake side to protect the turbocharger and cylinders from dust and debris.

• Steel end caps for higher temperature resistance

• 0.5 mm reinforced expanded metal mesh (many aftermarket filters use only 0.3 mm)

• HV filtration paper for stable air resistance and filtration efficiency

• Precision pleat forming and depth control to keep airflow smooth under generator load

• Final sizing inspection for OD, ID and height

This combination makes the filter more suitable for standby and continuous-running generator rooms, where airflow stability and dust load resistance are important.
