National VI standards tighten PM (particulate matter) emission limits by about 30%, requiring air filters to have stronger particle capture capabilities, especially for fine particles below 0.3μm, the filtration efficiency must be ≥95% (National V is ≥90%). Some high-efficient filters use multi-layer composite fiber materials or electrostatic electret technology to meet the standards.

Enhanced High Temperature Resistance And Chemical Stability

To improve fuel economy, National VI requires intake resistance ≤2.5kPa (National V ≤3.5kPa). The filter balances filtration efficiency and air permeability through three-dimensional pleated design and low-density filter material to reduce engine intake power consumption.
