Installation Guide
Shut down the engine and allow the fuel system pressure to release fully.
Remove the used fuel filter and clean the mounting surface.
Lightly lubricate the new filter gasket with clean diesel fuel.
Install the Perkins 4816636 fuel filter by hand until the gasket contacts the base.
Tighten according to manufacturer torque recommendations.
Prime the fuel system and check for leaks before restarting the engine.
