The Perkins 4415122 fuel water separator is designed to remove water and contaminants from diesel fuel before it reaches the injection system. Effective water separation helps prevent corrosion, injector damage, and unstable engine operation.

Installation Guide
Shut down the engine and relieve fuel system pressure.
Remove the used fuel water separator and clean the mounting surface.
Lightly lubricate the gasket with clean diesel fuel.
Install the Perkins 4415122 fuel water separator by hand until the gasket contacts the base.
Tighten according to manufacturer specifications.
Prime the fuel system and check carefully for leaks before restarting the engine.
