CAT 6I-0273 Air Filter Replacement | HV Media & PU Sealed End Caps

The CAT 6I-0273 air filter is designed as a direct replacement for Caterpillar heavy-duty air intake systems, ensuring consistent airflow and effective dust filtration in demanding working environments.

We make this air filter using domestically produced HV composite filter media, selected for its high dust-holding capacity and stable airflow resistance. The filter body is reinforced with a metal mesh structure to maintain shape under continuous intake pressure.

The bottom end cap is formed with PU molding, providing reliable sealing, vibration resistance, and long-term durability during engine operation. This structure helps reduce air bypass and protects the engine from premature wear caused by unfiltered air.

Each filter is produced with strict dimensional control to ensure proper fit and compatibility with original housings.
