Introduction

The filter media for all replacement filters is oil-impregnated cotton gauze, filled between pleated epoxy-coated aluminum wire mesh and sealed with a polyurethane adhesive. This filter media captures pollutants that enter the air from inside and outside the vessel, including sand, salt and carpet fibers, ensuring clean air is delivered to the engine, which improves performance, improves fuel economy and reduces downtime.
