AF437KM Air Filter – Bowei Factory Production | HV Paper | John Deere Replacement

The AF437KM is one of the agricultural air filters we produce consistently for customers running John Deere machinery.
Unlike common cylindrical filters, this model has a dual-structure design: the outer 160 mm diameter comes from a fan-style shroud, while the actual filter body is 133 mm. Many aftermarket listings only the dimensions without mentioning the structure leads to installation errors. However, during production, we will strictly distinguish the two outer diameters and measure the concentricity of each piece individually.

To ensure long service life in heavy dust environments such as farmland, we build this filter using imported HV high-efficiency filter paper. Before pleating, the HV media is tested for stiffness and uniformity. After pleating, our QC staff manually check for broken fibers and pleat alignment–This is a process that cannot be fully replaced by machines.
