3827643 PU-Molded Air Filter for Industrial Gensets – HV Media & Reinforced Mesh

The 3827643 air filter is manufactured in our Bowei Filter Factory, where we produce PU-molded generator filters using stable, repeatable processes. This model is widely supplied to generator maintenance companies and OEM-equivalent distributors for Atlas Copco, Fantuzzi, and general industrial genset applications.

Factory-Made Construction

We mold each end cap using in-house PU foaming equipment, ensuring consistent bonding strength and uniform density. The filter element uses domestic HV-grade filter paper, selected for balanced pressure drop and dust-holding capacity. To improve rigidity, we apply a 0.5 mm reinforced expanded metal mesh—much stronger than the 0.3 mm mesh commonly used in low-cost aftermarket elements.

Stable Fit & Easy Replacement

The 3827643 is designed as a primary air filter with a wide sealing surface and a secure inner collar. Its structure provides stable seating inside generator air housings, making field replacement simple for technicians.
